Disable API and Reddit status

Use case: When there’s an error contacting Reddit display and error. Or have a status view under settings. Right now when the app is having an issue connecting with Reddit there is no way to know why. For example today it went blank and simply said “user not found” or “no posts.” Having some status page that indicates where the issue lies would be helpful in knowing if my device is having a connection issue, the network or Reddit.
